Nigger hits me claiming it wasn't a "real hit" and we were "friendly" dispite only working together for 3 days when I've been there for awhile. She talks down about "light skinned" black people around other blacks. She tries to divide me and other minorities at work (very liberal work place with gays being a majority). Gets mad when I force her hand and have people overhear her racist comments. Tries to pull the victim card so I submitted to HR

I was bending over lifting something when she slapped me on the back of the head, at first she joked it off as going after a bug but then changed her story.

The tensions had been raised before the incident but nothing against policy. I think she was mad I had put her racism on the spot in front of others. She's also pretty lazy and I call her out when she wasn't doing her job and effecting others productivity
