i don't understand this no job meme. i live in Texas and i see "now hiring" signs everywhere. i also hear of people always finding new opportunities in their careers making more money.

every job i've had i just walk in, shoot the shit with the employee or the manager and ask if theyre hiring. they hire me on the spot. i've only gotten 1 call back from an online resume and i've filled out hundreds.
