tl:dr It is due to the current era of near constant peace which our societies have taken for granted since the 1950's.

I believe this can be seen when we look at say Swedistan. In Sweden we can see that a large number of the native males are effeminate degenerates.

Seeing as Sweden has not been in any military conflict since the Napoleonic Wars (and has effectively been festering in weakness in all that time) is why the "nu-male" is so prevelant in that particular country.
