Most the things he says about Norway is just wrong. His only interesting observations or talking points about Norway is our prison system. He offers some good insight that is largely consistent with research on the field and his stories about being in prison and the effects of our different kinds of prisons is interesting.

Other than that he is always exaggerating or flat out lying to make shit fit his narrative.
