What do you guys think thus far?

I got work tonight so it'll come out a lot more refined over time, can't really bother finishing it right now.

Hopefully it'll help some new folk to get a good idea of what it is we want from a society.

Similar to the debate over limited democracy, ie, should their be tiers of courts, to let the people fairly address grievances from the authorities, what should its powers be, is there any kind of separation of powers? For example, the High Court in the 3rd Reich could intervene in the line of succession (Hitler, Hoess, etc)

If there is an official "Religion of State", should freedom of religion also be permitted, to prevent people from religious persecution? Which religions are permissible: is European paganism ok because its Aryan, but Islam is banned because its semitic and hegemonic (wants to rule the world)?

This is where I turn to Feder who had a general conception of how the State can be combated, if it were to deal unjustly, through the use of Land Courts to help settle disputes over whether or not a business ought to seized for the betterment of the Nation. However, it needs a lot more study I think.

That's going to take time to work out. The overall stance of people like Goebbels was "Is it in accordance with the people? Yes? Then we allow it so long as it does not run contrary to National Socialist belief".

But I can already see that leading to degradation of the State's authority. Once again, in time I hope to fine tune that bit.
