British authorities will not release any footage. They absolutely have it, but they won't release it "out of respect" for the victims.

Finally, this is exactly at the point where no one is even thinking about taking photos/video. Final "snaps" of the concert would have been of the stage or of people leaving the main stadium, but there's absolutely nothing interesting going on by the booths.
