Finnish people and germans are both "white" but they have different genes and people from Finland have shit heart genes. From what I've seen, about 20% of IQ can be explained by genes. That means that you can find groups of people who have higher or lower IQ because of their genes. But that doesn't mean that different races have different IQ because of genes. "Hispanics" is not a genetical group. "African-Americans" is not a genetical group. "Germans" is a genetical group. "Somalians" is a genetical group.
