It sound like Mkultra. Catherine Agnew is interesting case

>One 1955 MKUltra document gives an indication of the size and range of the effort; this document refers to the study of an assortment of mind-altering substances described as follows:[31]

>Substances which will promote illogical thinking and impulsiveness to the point where the recipient would be discredited in public.
Victims of MK Ultra often have trouble cognitively recounting their stories accurately as they are suffering unimaginably mentally as they are abused physically. The goal is very clearly to break the mind. As you read Catherine Agnew’s tweets you will see her often say things like “I am not a radio” or “I am disabled” or “I see them in my eyes”. On the surface, these statements seem crazy (if not simple statements of fact), but in reading her story, I think they fit in with someone claiming to be subjected to MKUltra style brain programming.

>2.Substances which increase the efficiency of mentation and perception.

>10. Substances which produce physical disablement such as paralysis of the legs, acute anemia, etc.

>15. Substances which promote weakness or distortion of the eyesight or hearing faculties, preferably without permanent effects.

>Catherine also mentions being deformed and mutilated by horrible chemicals and gasses.

>MR.MCJUNKIN I WANT MYLIFEBACKTRUCK IS DANGEROUSHAS ALL KINDSOFCHEMICALS IN IT&ITCOMESOUTOF A/C HEATINGGETS IN MY HAIR&ALL OVERMYCLOTHES&BODY

>There are many tweets that talk about the chemicals in her hair on her body…

>11. Substances which will produce a chemical that can cause blisters.

>She mentions Admiral Mullen almost every day, as if she is dependant on him for rescue, you’d almost get the sense she was working with this person.

>After my first court hearing, MI5 shot me repeatedly in the head with microwave guns when I returned to my hotel room such that I collapsed from pain. When my husband arrived, they repeated the assaults such that I collapsed from pain in front of him. I received a death threat and survived an assassination attempt three days later on the Swiss motorway.

>Throughout my court case, I continued being brutally crippled by attacks. I gave my best to prove the technology and the many other victims, nevertheless, Judge Holgate terminated my case.

>As a result, I was forced to investigate herself. I came across the testimony of hundreds of victims online who were begging for help like me on YouTube, Facebook on Twitter. All of them were being mutilated like I was and had also been maliciously treated by the authorities. It was at that point that I realised that the police, judiciary and secret services are all knowingly complicit in a global Nazi extermination program that is using directed energy weapons to commit silent genocide.

microwaves can do many harmful things to humans. If you know what you're looking for it's easy to guard against. Showing proof is harder because there is no persistent evidence left behind after someone is attacked in this way.

microwaves don't kill slowly
a magnetron will have to be in fairly close proximity, will likely limit wifi transmissions and a waveguide will have to be in place but it can effectively and quickly boil organs
if she is getting symptons over a period of days or weeks, that would more likely be ionizing radiation or ultrasonic influence which don't kill (well xrays and isotopes can) but will cause injury
tinfoil hat wearers love stories of these kinds of weapons because there is a tiny bit of truth tothem.

That's what Im thinking. The dispersion of EM radiation fired from orbit is going to be insane. Unless there is some new physics that i haven't heard of or read, you really can't place microwave emitters in geo orbit and expect them to be good for human scale targeting.

Even LEO would be insane.

most people with schizo have low IQs. Sometimes its easy to confuse mild schizo for plain old stupidity.

People with high IQs who go schizo just stand out more.

>>126472109

Is not rare that people with the special ability to understand high-level physics and mathematics to go nuts at around 30 (know a case). Seems they are not real geniuses able to create well into their old age, but people with a very good memory (not all, but many). The mental capacity will just diminish once the critical point is reached.

That nigress from the other day, the one with cartoons and jokes in her math thesis, will just leave a long, carefree life as many chronically stupid people enjoy.
>>
>>126472109
hmm i read a study recently that said the opposite. i've always thought geniuses tend to be somewhat neurotic, maybe i'm wrong though

>Abstract
BACKGROUND:
Schizophrenia patients are typically found to have low IQ both pre- and post-onset, in comparison to the general population. However, a subgroup of patients displays above average IQ pre-onset. The nature of these patients' illness and its relationship to typical schizophrenia is not well understood. The current study sought to investigate the symptom profile of high-IQ schizophrenia patients.

We need ta decouple success up in mathematics from IQ. IQ be a hood construct dat cishet white pimps devised dat defines "intelligence" on tha basiz of culture. Right back up in yo muthafuckin ass. Sadly, there be a gangbangin' finger-lickin' direct correlation between high IQ n' "earning" a STD up in a STEM discipline, which be all too reflectizzle of how tha fuck white cishet pimps have designed disciplinary concepts ta reinforce they own juice structures.

It be fundamentally unfair n' marginalizin fo' IQ tests n' mathematics curriculum ta be designed round tha same white supremacist, cisheteronormatizzle standards, thus marginalizin dem hoez of color. Shiiit, dis aint no joke. What we need aint just "fair hiring;" we need a radical reconceptualization of mathematics up in a thugged-out decolonizin framework.

Our playaz up in tha fine arts lead tha way here, so peek-a-boo, clear tha way, I be comin' thru fo'sho fo' realz. A century ago, white thug composers like Beethoven n' Mozart was considered mastered, while tha authentic cultural expression of nonpeckerwoodss was denigrated rockin lyrics I won’t repeat here, so peek-a-boo, clear tha way, I be comin' thru fo'sho. Da advancez of critical theory have helped guide musical muthafuckas tha fuck into recognizin dat tha noize of tha Bantu playas is just as worthy of peepin' n' study as dat of any baroque composer…so should our asses aint follow tha same lead, biatch? Is not our problem is dat our crazy asses have allowed white cishet pimps (nearly all of whom had ill sick views bout race n' gender) ta define "mathematics," "logic" n' "proof" fo' us, biatch? We should recognize dat there be nuff kindz of math, nuff kindz of logic, n' nuff kindz of proof, n' assemble a freshly smoked up concept of math from tha mosaic of cultural expression dat humanitizzle affords.

It’s time fo' a freshly smoked up scientistical revolution, if you ask me…this one hustled by tha folks shut outta tha last one.

In people with a genetic predisposition for schizophrenia, having high intelligence may help protect them from developing the severe mental disorder, according to a new study by researchers at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) and Lund University in Sweden.

In fact, people with a lower IQ (intelligence quotient) than their siblings had the greatest risk for developing schizophrenia.

The research appears to contradict the popular belief that schizophrenia and brilliance are typically linked.

“If you’re really smart, your genes for schizophrenia don’t have much of a chance of acting,” said first author Kenneth S. Kendler, M.D., professor of psychiatry and human and molecular genetics in the Department of Psychiatry, VCU School of Medicine.

“What really predicted risk for schizophrenia is how much you deviate from the predicted IQ that we get from your relatives. If you’re quite a bit lower, that carries a high risk for schizophrenia. Not achieving the IQ that you should have based on your genetic constitution and family background seems to most strongly predispose for schizophrenia.”

Think about what you just said.

I had a schizophrenic breakdown over 20 years ago when I was 16, I don't need to watch your video dipshit. Schizophrenia is a spiritual rebirth. It's a difficult process to go through but it's ultimately a very good thing for the soul.

Psychiatry - like most science - is basically a sham. It's people with 10% of the knowledge pretending they've got it all figured out because of their egos and wanting to be seen as experts. Evolution is another great example of that.

One way to become targeted is to get into a conflict with any (((large corporation, insurance company, bank,))) or any uppity freemason. They'll hire private security contractors, private detectives, and darknet hackers to harass you. There are other ways to become targeted, but the main cause of the problem are (((you know who))) and freemasons, particularly shriners. Shriners do a lot of the vehicle harassment.

This is correct, despite the naysayers.

200 years ago there was no concept of schizophrenia. Do you know why that changed?

In the 1820s we had the Captain Morgan affair. Freemason that leaked their secrets to the public. This was so serious that an anti-Masonic party formed and got close to winning the presidency. Founding fathers / children of them endorsed the party, etc. These were no intellectual lightweights by any means - everyone took it seriously.

Not coincidentally, schizophrenia was invented a few years later. The diagnosis is nothing more than an attempt by freemasons to cover up their brainwashing that they have been doing for thousands of years and make people who snap out of it seem "crazy." Consider the fact that no biological basis for schizophrenia has ever been identified. No altered hormonal levels, infections, genetic linkage, etc. Nothing.

Essentially we have a "disease" / diagnosis that amounts to nothing more than having unpopular opinions at the end of the day. And we know that freemasons take unwelcome opinions quite seriously - so seriously that they murdered Captain Morgan for his voicing his opinions.

>200 years ago we had no concept of schizophrenia

Because all dementia was grouped together, dumbass.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bethlem_Royal_Hospital

It is Europe's oldest extant psychiatric hospital and has operated continuously for over 600 years.[26] It has also been the continent's most famous, and infamous, specialist institution for the care and treatment of the insane. Its popular designation – "Bedlam" – has long been synonymous with madness.[27] Precisely dating its transition to this role is difficult. From 1330 it was routinely referred to as a "hospital" but that does not necessarily indicate a change in its primary role from alms collection – the word "hospital" could as likely have been used to denote a lodging for travellers, equivalent to a hostel, and could have described an institution acting as a centre and providing accommodation for peregrinating alms-seekers or questores.[28] It is unknown when it began to specialise in the care and control of the insane,[29] but it has been frequently asserted that Bethlem was first used for the insane from 1377.

You CAN make people sick with long term low level exposure but it makes no sense to me to take that kind of risk for that kind of low level impact. What seems much more likely to me is using the microwaves to power embedded surveillance devices (as I recall they were actually in the concrete of the building). When your listening bug doesn't need a battery or need to be hooked directly to the phone lines for power you are free to make your device smaller and more easily concealed.

reminds me of this story by a man named kathaksung.

>9. Microwave killing
At that time, each Tuesday I went to Galt flea Market which took two hours' driving to get there. I was very sick after driving. I felt dizziness, hot and thirsty. Sometimes there was a chest pain. At first I didn't relate it to driving because chest pain always happened hours later after driving. I worried the new symptoms, but knew nothing what caused it. I noticed an article in newspaper said FBI Lab developed new technique of using microwave as a weapon.

>Then in a Tuesday, I was very sick on my way home that I stopped driving for a while. That night, when I was watching TV, my neighbour, an old Taiwaness lady, visited us with a woman. When I turned my sight from TV to them, I found the woman was watching me too. Just at that moment, a severe chest pain attacked me. With eye to eye, I was suddenly aware of it was microwave that sickened me so much. There was no side window on my cargo van, and thus it acted as a microwave oven. After two hours slow cooking, I felt hot and thirsty and my blood would solidify to form clot, causing heart attack. The procedure took a few hours. It solved another question in my mind. I used to arrive home at 5 pm. At night, I watched eight o'clock's TV. My neighbour always visited us at this time. Puzzled me that "Why she always harasses us at this golden time? She should be more interested in Chinese series than me." Now I knew she was sent to see the result of microwave experiment, to see a heart attack. Next day I went to a metal shop and bought metal sheet to shield the engine cover and instrument panel. It worked. I didn't feel hot and dezziness any more. So when I felt headache at night, I used metal sheet to cover me while I slept.

>The condition lasted until 1999 when it became worse. During daytime when I was home alone, I had severe headache and toothache which at last forced me left U.S. on March, 1999.

>>126476289
RF noise isn't really that consistent. Even moving something a few inches can cause a signal to drop off or distort. If you have a handheld radio with a flexible whip antenna, try shaking it around while the squelch is open, and you should hear distortion from the antenna flipping around. RF noise can come from many different sources, I was just using her laptop as an example.
>>
>>126476808
watch her second video, she moves the device around a lot more and it seems pretty consistent. i still stand by the fact that no one could be that perceptive that every time the RF levels raise they could point it out with 100% accuracy

A few minutes in, all I see is her pointing out when it makes noise. The high pitched whine, constant pulsing, and the buzzing sound like normal background noise plus noise from a power supply or other electronics. I assume that the beeping that she claims is the "weapon" "shooting" her is the only thing above the noise floor. You'll notice that she's holding it next to a bunch of electronics including her laptop which has microwave radios in it anyways. If she really wanted to prove something, she should turn off everything in her house besides the camera. Besides that, the highest her meter ever goes is 1v/m, which is pretty much nothing.

https://stop007.org/home/faq/#Measurement
Her description on her blog reads like somebody who doesn't know much about RF, but who's read a bunch of marketing for these massively overpriced receivers. She could have bought a RTL-SDR for a tenth of the price, which would give her the ability to see exactly what frequencies were spiking, and record it. Since she spent 200 dollars on some receiver marketed to schizos instead of 20 on the most popular beginner's radio, I get the feeling that she doesn't know what she's doing.
>>
>>126478813
its a steal!
>>
>>126479176
yeah i'd like to see her set up a control by showing herself get rid of all electronics. The device reaches a pretty ridiculous level at about 6:45 however she isn't holding the camera properly at the time so you can barely see it. on her weird website she addresses why the levels on the device only show up as beeps sometimes. She also says some weird shit about "when the attackers use high-frequency waves in the Mega-Hertz (MHz) or Giga-Hertz (GHz) range and modulate the overall signal down into the Hertz range (meaning that they bundle the high-frequency waves into intensity variations that are changing a lot slower)" which is beyond me as to what that means, maybe it's a real phenomena though. It's not like there hasn't been predictive programming about it recently
>>
Two years ago, I fell on a french website where a woman described the exact same thing. She believed that the government was trying to kill her with microwaves. She said that her father died of it because he was targeted too.

Note that the way she wrote was actually believable. But at the end, how would she know that she is being targeted by a gov weapon who uses microwaves. It has to be a common thought of the psycho community which they gave to each other talking between psychos.

is there anything that emits 8ghz of RF? that seems pretty absurd seeing as an iphone is almost at the legal limit and emits about 1.4GHZ according to google
>>
>>126481422
A few things.
GHz isn't a measure of power, it's a measure of frequency.
Power limits vary widely depending on the part of the radio spectrum being used, the time of day, location, and several other reasons. This is all due to FCC regulations that are more about preventing interference with other users or services than any safety concerns. The scale on her meter measures field strength, but has no way of showing the noise on any particular frequency. Anybody can transmit anything in the 8GHz band, but it's allocated to terrestrial microwave and satellites in the US.

>"For example, Vasilevskii et al11 conclude, on the basis of EEG (electroencephalogram) and
other tests, that workers exhaust the “functional reserves” of their central nervous system after 14 years of
work with microwaves and other electromagnetic fields. The document that promulgates the Russian
standard lists asthenic, astheno-vegetative, and hypothalamic syndromes as “clinical disorders resulting
from EMR [electromagnetic radiation] RF exposure”.17 Most Western health agencies would undoubtedly
consider a “temporary disturbance in the homeostasis” of an individual to be vague and unquantifiable,
and the criteria that have been used to diagnose it (eg. subtle changes in heart rate variability or EEG) to
be nonspecific and having no clear health significance. But such concepts are familiar in Russian
medicine, and the Russian and Eastern European literature on health effects of RF energy abounds with
such concepts"
I think we just haven't really looked into in the west (((coincidentally)))

Don't have a big background in physics, but I assume that's because by holding up the RF meter directly to the foil on her chest, she's blocking waves from one direction so it quiets down. In reality, shouldn't she have shown the rf meter inside the foil "protection" rather than outside if she wanted to make a point that she was being targeted, even if it doesn't really mean anything?

I'm not sure how active an RF meter is supposed to be in what I assume is a close packed living area with lots of wireless devices though.

I'm jumping on the schitzo train.

No its real, in fact they target people for posting here.

first you hear the hum, which is actually an electromagnetic targeting device for the government sent out by haarp.

it sounds like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZqqznHPk36c

it comes through the electricity supply and radio signals.

sometimes it blows lights, sometimes it flips the power off for some reason.

sometimes it wakes you up in the middle of the night for no reason or wont let you sleep.

shills in here are gaslighting ( not the liberal meme but the real thing), trying to make everyone who hears it seem crazy.

MIT Study backs up that tinfoil amplifies signals

>The helmets amplify frequency bands that coincide with those allocated to the US government between 1.2 Ghz and 1.4 Ghz. According to the FCC, These bands are supposedly reserved for ''radio location'' (ie, GPS), and other communications with satellites (see, for example, [3]). The 2.6 Ghz band coincides with mobile phone technology. Though not affiliated by government, these bands are at the hands of multinational corporations.

>It requires no stretch of the imagination to conclude that the current helmet craze is likely to have been propagated by the Government, possibly with the involvement of the FCC. We hope this report will encourage the paranoid community to develop improved helmet designs to avoid falling prey to these shortcomings.

My only point is that it's not outside the realm of possibility that certain groups are interested in using EM radiation as an INSTRUMENT of causing mental illness and mind control.

Consciousness itself is thought to be some kind of EM field generated by our brains. Is it really hard to believe that those who wish to enslave humanity would not covertly implement programs using EM fields?

field to field interactions are known. google the "god helmet" . also the american air force had developed a helmet that increases the plasticity of neurons aiding in data retention for faster learning. results are promising but do not extend past wearing the helmet so you dont become a data sponge from wearing it a few times. you have to wear it while learning

super charging electromagnetic fields generated by electrical activity in the brain could be possible using microwaves but the effects are unknown. your talking about complex chains of magnetic fields that are super small and intense microwave radiation can cook meat so it would have to be low intensity. cellphones use microwave transmissions to connect to telecom towers.

Here is a link describing the device she is holding.

It seems to be marketed to people who believe they are "electromagnetic sensitive".

I hope the designers of this product didn't build it to display fake readings. That would totally be exploiting the fears of their market.

http://www.emfields-solutions.com/detectors/acousticom-2.asp

The Acousticom 2 is our newest microwave detector. It presents RF measurements as an audio signal, with LEDs and an alarm at high levels of RF (you can also switch the sound off if you prefer to be less obvious when taking readings). With simple controls, easy to read results, but still using the same advanced microwave detector as our Acoustimeter, this instrument is perfect for those on a budget. It is smaller and lighter than the Acoustimeter, and comes in its own carry pouch.

I give her crutch word "Nazis" a partial pass because of colloquial baggage of her probable lens. One wonders if she'll go a few layers deeper to witness elephants in the room.

Blood lines of secret societies are Jewish and Aryan under one occult. The New World Order agenda is a hybrid power unification. Parties most in position to conduct experiments on targeted people are faithful military elites oathed (and owned) by the order. They're black ops leaders. They believe they're engaged in spiritually-glorious research like any scientist over lab rats. Behaving like elite Nazis huffed up on Vril doesn't scratch the surface of a deeper reality. Is she a target and it's not merely psychosomatic or false positives promoting schizophrenic behavior backed by truth? None of us know. It would take a lot of investigation and blind trials surreptitiously to isolate her thoughts from influencers. The win-win of testing testing toys on regular people is that regular people look crazier the more the speak about their experience.
