I think a big problem is the lack of easily found info for average people. I think /pol/ often assumes that to many average people are incapable of waking up. On top of that many people are not as talented with using the internet. And have no idea how or where to look for good info. I myself lack in this area. Its only recently I have been getting better.

If Russia hacked anyone, it wasn't the US gouvernment.
Top chances are they traced the people who did the hacking originally and forwarded the intel to Trump's administration.
We know from first-hand sources the voting machines were malfunctioning and that some of them were seen being hauled by suspicious men for the counting, with easy connections being made with the Clinton campaign, but no proof.
That proof bit is what the Russians could have provided.

BTW for those who weren't following the election closely, Hillary Clinton was absolutely clear on her intentions towards Russia. WW3 was seemingly inevitable with her in the White House, and that's against everyone's interests.
