Example of what? He adopted an entirely new system of government which combined fascism with ultra-nationalism. He didn't just restart farms, Germany before he took over was the epitome of Degeneracy, people woudl travel from other countries to have sex with little girls and boys of Germany. The losses taken by the Central Powers were a fraciton of those taken by the allies, and with the russians out of the war the Germans could've easily continued fighting. Every country at that point had minimal support for the war and wanted it to end, and the Germans simply thought the reprocussions of which wouldn't be that big of a deal but they sent some jews to sign the treaty, and they took an unfair deal.
