It certainly is for me and my girlfriend.
She doesn't talk too much about why exactly she does things, but she's started going to the gym with me. We're a little overweight, and both want kids in the next 2 years and want to help our chances.
Also don't trust the NHS to do a thing for you, keep yourself healthy and try to be as independent as possible for any health issues.

Anyway, we went from a few years ago of just wanting to get by and convincing ourselves there's too many people on this planet, to being excited about having kids and realising that whites are a very small minority of people on Earth and we can't fade into the darkness.
