In fact this is often once of the excuses that sanctuary cities use for why they won't enforce immigration law: because the illegals will be afraid to call police. They also focus on first generation immigrants, who tend to be well behaved, thier children who grow up in a place with no real cultures connection tend to be shits.

Also immigrants largely move into poor and dangerous neighborhoods. That's how Compton CA went from 90% black to 70% Latino in just 20 years.
