basically how this applies to the present situation is that Obama has been organizing liberals by stuffing them in republican townhall meetings day after day. Just look at the recent jason chaffetz situation for an example.

What this does for newly elected republicans or weaker republicans is create a simulated sense of uproar in the community. The congressperson's actual constituents get lost in the sea of organized chaos and townhall meetings devolve into shouting matches.
