You know what our movement needs? A rockstar. We need some rockstar to dress up in fascist attire and sing about being proud of your race and whatnot. In fact I've been thinking of starting a band lately. I think if you push for it in the sense of being ambiguous (pushing for authoritarianism to appeal to libs) while being explicit that you want all races to be proud of themselves (meanwhile having barely any racial talk in your actual songs, mostly analogies and whatnot) you could slowly redpill people. Just make sure your real political views are ambiguous (people love mystery men) and don't push the race shit too hard past the concept that everyone should be proud of their race and you could probably get pretty far.
