The Ancient Greeks didn't actually have tiny dicks, but famous philosophers, and all around famous figures are often modeled in a way in which their penis' are small because to them. If you had a small dick, it was often correlated with being extremely intelligent. And if you had a giant dick, you were probably a dumb brute.
