I'm trying to get the stuff to make this papercraft model.
It says to use 170-180 GSM weight paper, and it also mentions use of some 0.5mm carton in the construction.
I was going to use Fedex printing since my printer is garbage, but they weren't sure about the exact type of paper/weight to use since it's not very specific.
What kind of materials and tools will I need to do this well? Any idea how many hours it would take to do this?

Print the entire model (all 4 pages of parts) on 170-180 gsm paper, whatever is available. 170 will be easier to fold, but won't be as strong, anything thicker will be stronger but harder to fold. Its all up to what you are most comfortable with. the 0.5mm carton is just to reinforce the construction of the model, ie. glue it to parts marked with one asterix (*), such as [a1], so you will not need to print anything on it, as it will be hidden (cereal boxes are perfect source of 0.5mm carton). you will also need to find some 1mm carton for the parts marked with two asterixes (**) such as [33c].
Materials will consist of:
1. Glue (I recommend tacky glue, or white school glue)
2. A knife (xacto, scalpel, utility knife; I prefer the ones with snap-off blades, as you can get a fresh point when the knife dulls)
3. toothpicks (spreading glue, propping up parts, etc)
4. good pair of tweezers (for the tiny parts on your model)
5. Scoring tool (empty ballpoint, bone folder, anything dull but pointy)
6. binder clips (clamping the many flat parts in your model)
7. wooden dowel to roll the barrel of the main cannon
time wise, this model is quite intricate, with a lot of repeated detail, such as the road wheels, which is a given with tanks. also some very small bits and pieces that you need to keep track of. so a rough estimate would be at least two weeks of hard work, give or take a few days. I'm sure with patience and effort you will be able to finish before the July 10 contest deadline, which I'm assuming you wish to participate in.
