Not sure if I should have posted this to /lit/, but, my girlfriend's birthday is coming up and I wanted to get her a photo coffee table book type thing. Do you guys have any recommendation for photo books (preferably something recent)?

depends on what kind of photography she likes. One of my favorite books is by this guy named Nick Brandt. A black and white film photographer, shooting animals in africa. Seriously incredible stuff. Pic related is from a book called "on this earth" it's a series of 3 books.
