Does a photograph taken with this camera still beats any Full Frame digital photograph and even photos taken with the digital 645 like the Fujifilm GFX or is film already a meme?

A 5ds would definitely match it for resolution, and might exceed it in real world usage. However, medium format film would have a different and arguably more pleasing rendering and tonality. Depends on what you're after.

The a7rii beats the GFX, that is a pretty low bar to set.

depends
pixels to grain is a really bad comparison and can't really be done accurately
50mp is pretty close to a lot of 6x6 colour films in terms of print size. However the argument can be made that large film grain looks better slightly soft interpolated digital edges but that is neither here nor there.
B&W film on the other hand can have much smaller / tighter grain, and something like Delta 100 6x6 could be closer to the 100mp + range
I don't know why but is seems to me that even c41 B&W film outperforms colour.
