Are pentax K1000's worth the 80 Canuck bucks? Thinking of

alot of them have that mold like damage in the viewfinder

Good starter camera. With service from time to time, it'll last forever. Lenses are common, and fairly cheap.

Met a girl one time at a party with it tattoo'd on her and we chatted cameras, was nice. Then the cops came. Lifes weird sometimes.

I got one when I started shooting film.Its a great camera, very sturdy and reliable.The only thing I don't like about is is the weigh, one you have been shooting for more than an hour with it it starts to get uncomfortable.If you haven't bought it yet I would recommend the MX.Pretty much same camera (all mechanical) but smaller and less heavy.
