They're not really pictures of nothing. They're mostly pictures of ordinary things, and most people would find the subjects unremarkable. But every photo here has a subject.

This style is beautiful banality and is common among the trend of New Topographics. Look into people like Stephen Shore, William Eggleston or Lewis Baltz to get an idea of how the pioneers did it.
