Is there any point in buying a Fuji X100F if I already have a X-T1 with a 23mm f2? Does anyone own both and how often do you use them?

It depends.
Do you want another overpriced camera with a gimmicky sensor and soft lens that has no advantage over, and is actually inferior to, your current one?
>>3093585
Kind of redundant, but they'll be a little different. Do you want the OVF that much?
x100f user here
only if you really feel like you need the size difference, ovf, and dont care about weather sealing
>>3093585
might be gear fagging but doesn't the x100f have a leaf shutter or something allowing for flash sync at 1/4000 or something
But no your xt1 should be fine if you already have the focal length theres no need
Also, looking for help here. Should I get an X pro 1 with a 23mm f2 or a x100t
Thanks in advance.

x100t
>buying a $2k point and shoot because fuji has no real flash system
Just get a sony a7ii, zeiss 35mm and any flash that has hss. Sharper photos, ibis, much better low light performance, better ergo, better evf, better af.

Overshot by a couple hundred bucks there, chief
>>3093647
Get the samyang af 35mm instead then. Still gonna be sharper and better focusing than the fuji.

Still 800 dollars more expensive. Just saying you're exaggerating quite a bit on just about all fronts

I own both xt2 and x100f. And I found that I use the x100f far more as an EDCC. Small enough but fashionable yet extremely capable. The price is cheeper than the ICL equivalent, because your buying both camera and lens. The lens even though slightly soft at f2 doesn't matter unless you pixel peep. At f4 it becomes quite sharp. Even though I shoot at either f4/8/16, the "softness" is a non issue. Another thing I found which imo is more important is the lens does not flash unless the sun is in the picture. And for a pancake lens really says a lot about fujinon's coatings. That said the 100f isn't a professional's main workhorse and neither should it. That being said I would and could do wedding on the camera. In fact because of the new batterys, the 100f is now my secondary camera and every day camera.

It depends on what you need, if you want an everyday carry, i'd lean more towards a ricoh gr
but if you're concerned about image quality or "upgrading", there is no point in buying another fuji camera.
I'm in a similar situation. I'm a wedding photographer who uses the X-T2. I've now sold my X-T1 backup body and am looking for a replacement.
What's really selling me on the X100T is that damn leaf shutter, and I'm surprised that nobody has brought it up yet. Probably because the Sonyfags only got into photography this year and don't know what a leaf shutter is.
Using the leaf will be unbelievably quiet during a ceremony and stopped down I can get very sharp guest photos with two off-camera flashes to fill. All while retaining a very high shutter speed.
Your needs may be different, but I think I will be picking up an X100f soon. The lens softness, I understand, occurs largely in very close focus ranges. Apparently Fuji thought it would be better to allow you to focus this closely (pic related) with the compromise of IQ rather than just stopping you from focusing that close at all.
