So what do you guys think of this? Something worth considering if using M lenses but can't afford an actual Leica body? Or pointless when you can just use an adapter on a mirror-less body?

For me, its a question of whether or not that viewfinder is an actual rangefinder, or just a rangefinder-esque viewfinder like the Fuji Xpro.

They haven't updated their site in months and all the investors who were interested in potentially investing have stated their refusal to release anything than vague press releases and updates on Facebook changed their mind. Their radio silence is killing them

OP, I'm talking about the camera as a concept. I know this is likely not going to happen, I'm just asking if it was a good idea to begin with.

Just get a second hand A7 for like $700-800. It's the lenses that will kill you anyways, not the body. I have a feeling this camera will cost more than the slated "Rangefinder for the masses", and will probably be somewhere in the $1500-2000 range they figure out that full frame sensors aren't cheap; that's to say that they will ever go into production.
>>
>>3078584
They stated it will be an actual rangefinder, but the market for rangefinder is already slim as it is, so this will just try to compete with everyone too poor to invest in a Leica, but that market is small to begin with. The general photographer population is too retarded to use a range finder

It just looks like paracord. The lifetime warranty thing is kind of nice, but I still don't understand why.
