Kai mkii aka Ian wong's digital darkroom looks promising, but Warren was clearly the most talented cinematographer to graduate from drtv. Mkbhd is fun to watch, even if his content is barely a tier above Linus. Linus is something I watch for entertainment, but a lot of the videos are complete ass and look like they would've been better shot on an iPhone than their fs7

They use dubious and obtuse science to prove a point. They also create arbitrary guidelines to judge things and point at obvious shit that retards gobble up. I remember them saying the nikon lens line-up sucked because it didn't have the specific lenses they wanted. Out of all the reasons nikon sucks they found the most retarded ones.

It's one specific lens that does that, the second generation 2.8 VR. The third and first gen 2.8's as well as the recent 70-200 f/4 don't show it at all really.

Canon does have some really neat stuff stuff Nikon doesn't (17mm t/s comes to mind) but Nikon had that 14-24 well before Canon did. Canon finally answered with a wider lens that had a smaller max aperture and costs $1000 more for (from what I've read) pretty similar performance otherwise.

It's just kind of old after awhile, though they do have general messages as far as planning shots vs just going out and snapshitting and expecting good stuff.
