it is a meme that has its origin in ylilauta, a smaller imageboard based in finland. apparently in finnish, writing "t. Really? I know of no other person except for one that uses 4chan. Everyone else thinks it's a scary place and Reddit is better, I'm not even kidding. I met a /pol/ user IRL, and I'm a sort of paranoid person in regards to the government spying and shit, so all I could think about was watching my mouth around them because they could've been an undercover FBI. I was switching to Nikon anyway at the time I had more Nikon glass by a long shot and was using them on the 5D with an adapter, the Df was just to cut out the middle man.

lulz. I ended up selling all of it that was left to pay for much of the glass I bought for the D7000. They even left my L glass and I used those to buy all my prime lenses and the Tokina 11-16

The Df is awesome. Check my Sucralose Thread for samples any post within the last month should have been shot on it. It weighs as much as my old Rabble XTi and has a D4 sensor. It also has a AI tab that flips up like on the FE to natively use and meter pre-AI lenses dating back to 1959!! The old school dials are great for tough lighting situations and it takes old school shutter cords that go as far back as the 1930s from Kodak. Battery life is nice and it does 5fps, my only complaint is I wished it had a "motor drive battery add-on" like a battery pack that looks like the MB-15 that would have came with my FE. AF is spot on but don't track moving subjects with it.

Overall I don't regret my purchase and I'm glad I finally got one, you will love it.

I personally like small, but heavy cameras.

I'm sure my 350D is similar to you're 400D and the handling and ergonomics felt like a cheaply made camera. It took good pictures, though.

It weighs more than the FE it looks like and is actually built pretty well, the reason it's so much lighter is it's half the size of the D4 and I don't think it has the magnesium underframe a lot of their pro stuff has. I do like it, I've carried my share of heavy cams like the RB and my 4x5 and it's nice to travel light for a change.
