Does anyone know how the photographers went about and created these shots? Saw it on /p/ a few days ago and it's been bugging me; theres literally nothing online about a setup for uv photography, only addons and makeup, pls respond

UV paints, a blacklight, low aperture and (probably) an 18-50mm lens.

they're probably heavily edited in PS or LR after, I mean you could get the effect raw from a fast exposure. There's probably 3 studio lights, and a medium sized blacklight shining on the subject in order to get the "natural" contrast. Maybe try adding a filter for purple and blue hues to your lens, a slight one in order to keep the fidelity of the UV paint.
