I think Kai figured the bloody producer was making millions off the back of the youtube channel and wasn't giving them a fair share of the pie. Also, Kai reviewing the much anticipated (and potentially profitable) 5d mkIV as "meh, it's a bit shit" probably didn't help much.

Digitalrev the online camera shop would have been nothing without Kai, Lok, Alamby and the youtube channel. It gave customers some kind of trust in a dodgy mail order electronics store run out of Hong Kong.

When I can afford camera gear I go to a proper shop. Online shopping seems like doing you tax returns online and getting a cheque through the post some time later, then having to it to your actual bank to deposit it (the SD card you thought was included wasn't or some shit).
