>not the best but expired 11 years ago, can't complain
I've just found out I have a love for photography, but have a lot of questions.
How do I get started? Where can I find film without going online? What film is cheapest? How do I get good pictures? It's recommended a short distance range, will it look good for long distance shots? is film actually suppose to be kept in a fridge? Is there anything else I should know about Polaroids?

Impossible Project is the only source for film, the stuff is not cheap. Pretty much can only buy it online.

Did you teach your dogs the rule of thirds?
>>3031204
damn, I just really don't like the new instant cameras. I might try one out I guess
>>3031354
I just really like the old retro look this film has. That and I love the frame size, it completes the picture. if I wanted a normal picture, I'd go to walmart and get them printed off my phone

I think you might've gotten ripped off op. I found this one for $2 a my local thrift store.

just buy an instax
You got burned on the price... the One600 was the last of the basic Polaroid 600 cameras. SX-70's like the one posted in >>3031939 were some of the best instant cameras ever made, however. The optics are better and it folds down to about 2" high.
Impossible Project for film. For what you have, you want film for 600 cameras... would go with BW for your first pack since you're new to TIP film, then move onto color when you're ready. It's expensive and don't expect Polaroid-level development times for color. Get it from B&H, at least there the shipping is free.
Instant film is daylight balanced... shoot in bright sun for best colors. I disagree wholeheartedly with >>3031354, the Instax film in general seems too stale for my likings, but that may be largely due to the shitty limited-control cameras. Pic related was an Impossible SX-70 shot. In the right light the colors are fantastic.
Oh yeah, and the development chemistry begins to dry-up within five or so years past expiration, hence the gold/brown spots at the top of some of your frames. They do last a while longer if stored cold, however. Too late at this point, though.
