Needs a bit more contrast and depth. Looks flat, but the composition is nice. Also that sensor spot kills it for me.

Horizon is terribly placed. Half the image is just black...

Not enough light in the city to make nice contrast with the night sky
I think you need to move the horizon up because of that.
