I feel like youre half-frame guy. Am i mistaken?
Fin.

Not my first week, but I treat 35mm as snap happy garbage anyway. I'm probably gonna go back to several of these locations and do a better location study in 35mm, starting to actually like it again.
>>3004177
Sadly I am not, but I'm almost flattered by the comparison.

your pics are better when you don't shoot humans, i like especially >>3004174

nice shots! what camera? what film? acros?
>>3004166
the bokeh on this one looks like what i get on my stylus.

these are your weakest, which says something. they are still quite nice, but they seems sort of uninspired and trope-y
i enjoy the ones with shadowplay the most.
>>3004173
i dont know if i like the comparison of these.. both saying sidewalk closed seems like a pretty cheap point of tangency, and there isnt enough linking elements to suggest it is an enviroment study.. maybe framing more of the tree in the left one wouldve helped giving them some sense of continuity? the shots stand strong by themselves though.

the way the light cuts across the stairwell, leading to the sign that seems to simply say NO is cute, almost.
>>3004174
i like the juxtaposition of the harsh contrasty square interiors and the gradient of the haze outside.
>>3004243
>they are still quite nice
lol

idk what you mean, not a native speaker

Thanks for all the feedback mate. All of these are TMax 400, rangefinder with either a 35 or a 50.
>Bokeh on this one
That's the 35, the little Voigt Color-Skopar.
For the diptych I really only put them together just cus they both had the sign. They were both on the same roll but taken at different places and several weeks apart. I like the one on the right more but I just tacked on the other one to see how it would play. I want to explore diptychs more.
>shadow play
It's definitely one of my fav things to photograph in BW.
>...NO is cute, almost
I really wish I had waited for someone to walk through because there is also a blatant "No Walking" symbol right there as well. Would have asked my mate to do it but the sun was actually shifting a bit fast, so I just got the snap and moved on.
>...haze outside
This is an observation floor at the top of largest building in the city, it's open and empty most days, I'm thinking of doing some portraits or a series thing in there.
Again thanks for the detail response, hard to come by on /p/ these days.
>>3004286
no problem! in my opinion being able to take good photos is tied with being able to talk about photos, its fun finding photos on /p/ that seems motivated enough that its worth talking about, if that makes sense?
also, be the pee you want /p/ to be

It seems I do get a little better when I spend more time on setting up shots without people in them. Probably because my sperginess prevents me from spending too much time taking photos of people, I should focus more perhaps and not be an autist.

I kek'd but you're right
