I'm looking for a technique for developing film. I heard that a smaller dilution with a longer time would give less grain. I heard that this was called Static Processing but haven't been Abe to find anything online under that name.
Any idea what its called? Links to charts, anything else I can do for maximum contrast, minimum grain?
Thanks :)

Stand/semi stand processing
Stand Development
Try here:

the term is "stand development"
In the future, don't make new threads for single questions that can get answers in dedicated threads, it clutters up the board and for each new "rate this one photo" thread an old one is deleted.
I just developed a roll of FP4 with 1+100 rodinal. I have a jobo tank so I only spend 2,5ml of rodinal.
I like using 1+50 and 1+100 because it's impossible to fuck up a negative.

This chart is pretty acurate.
If you want contrast stay away from stand development and choose the right film.
I sugest you some fine grain 100 iso film like neopan or delta 100 pushed to 200 or 400. Use stock D76 or 1+25 rodinal, agitate the first minute or so.
