quick question /p/.
What's up with my camera?
I saw my friend selling his, and he was mentioning shutter count, and his is 60.000
After finding out what it means, I wanted to check mine as well.
I used a few websites where you upload a pic so it can read the shutter number, but the webpages were displaying errors.
I also tried downloading a program that detects when I turn my camera on, and it detects when I shut it off.
But for the shutter count, it displays 0. If I snap a picture, the program refreshes, but still displays the number at 0.
The camera I'm using is a Canon 400d.
Any help?

If you use Lightroom, you can view the metadata of all your images. The Metadata will tell you what your shutter is. Your baby is very cute btw.

I tried googling 400D shutter count. It does not help much, the upload sites that require a picture to read the data display an error.
1 app works and detects the camera, but it says the shutter count is 0, which is incorrect.
The shutter count is not displayed in the exif data for canon apparently. :(
I don't have lightroom tot ry and read it from there.
