Find Chicago Facebook group for lost/found/stolen items. Post a photo or two and ask, "I found an SD card, anyone recognize these people?"

If you have easy access to that restaurant you can go there and ask if they know these people, maybe they go there frequently

I found a PC in the basement of my building.
Took it to my place to strip it for parts
