It's a tourist snapshot of nothing.
Technically you could have had a higher quality image by dropping iso to 100 and aperture to 5.6 - 8.
There's nothing more that can be said about it, you haven't used any composition or colour theory, there's no story/journey within the image, it's 100% pure banality.
Before you post another photo on this site, ask yourself "if i saw this hanging in a friends home, would i look at it twice." if the answer is no, go do some learning, art is a massive subject and you can't get by on good intentions alone anymore than you can pickup an instrument you've never played and instantly play a catchy song.
Your first 100k photos are trash.

Go there when the weather is different - cloudy sky, rougher sea, if permissible, the sun at some angle that adds to the scene - with a longer focal, 135mm equiv at least.
But even then, it's using gimmicks to pad a bland scene. Sure, there's a long peninsula poking out into the water - I'm assuming you're trying to capture that, but it's a semi-picturesque wall calendar shot, empty and uninteresting unless it's for the locals or someone somehow tied in with the location. For a worldwide audience it's a "a thing. k." type of photo.
Just because you have this tower that offers this view doesn't mean it's a good one - don't fall into the trap of clinging to it because you have no better alternatives. Sometimes it's better not to take a shot than force yourself to take a mediocre one because you set out with the intention to take a photo of Specific Thing. Forced shots like that rarely work.
Like anons suggest, a tighter crop (re:135mm eq.) and different weather will help. But that's about it for this angle. Technically, the saturation is rather artificial, kitsch, and the highlights on bright objects lose any image detail. Think Ken Rockwell-tier aesthetics. If that was your direction - kudos!
