Image one establishes a mood for image two but you fucked it up with cropping/framing. Also ever heard of taking more shoots? Your cat is in the fucking way like a god damn ghost. Your f stop is at 4!? 8 second shutter? Iso 200!?
I dont know anything about that canon but if it can bring iso to 1600 or atleast 800 if it can. Throw tour cat out the fucking way. Make aperature super wide. And bring shutter to maybe 1/15? 1/30? No seconds! Your poor gf standing still!
Also tell her to not move shit so it can relate to image 1.

Oh they don't relate and thanks for the comments. I was trying to avoid graining but I guess it'd fit better?
My roommate was bring a lazy shit so he wasn't moving as it was
Pics aren't meant to compliment each other, just posted them together
>main point is the leading verticle lines
>not even straight and centered

Yay you took my criticism so nicely, great! Now that im not upset...
As a person who viewed these two. I felt they related and had a meaning with your roomate in frame. So your roomate was really not a problem. I honestly think they should relate because the second one feels so meaningless. If youre on film dont worry about graining. ISO 800 is fine. If youre using digital..... You should check your ISO performance.

Yeah digital. It's a Canon 7d. Got it at a steal and honestly didn't know too much about it. I've done some landscape photography but wanted to start playing around with taking pictures of rooms.
I'm also taking other anons comments about framing and composition. Will use my tripod properly.
Would a wide angle, cropped properly, help?

Yeah frame it better. Nice lighting but it being slightly off is really annoying
>>2959852
Thanks I'll try it again with better framing. Any other tips I may follow? Too much filters?

the sky is overdone in post processing, hurts my eyes, otherwise nice
