Can I have some honest (and constructive) criticism on this picture?
Thanks.

Tell me, is there anything new about this picture that we haven't seen a thousand times already?
>>2959746
So, I failed in terms of composition, perspective, etc?
>>2959749
You failed to convey a sense of anything. It would look fine in a coffee shop but no one is going to look at this photo and give it any thought.

Sad but true.. OP you did a fine job okay? But like this person said, it just lacks in creativity. Judging by this image, you know how to use a camera. So try using it in a creative way.
Nothing wrong with the image
But nothing good with it.

Thank you, anon. I know I failed. I will burn this crap.

Thank you, anon. I know, I need to work on it. It's so difficult sometimes to get an original perspective about things. I think I need to take more time analyzing the subject matter before taking a picture.

It is difficult. Do that and also just shoot more. Make photography an addiction. Get a sketchbook (anytpe of paper really) Write down action plans, or write down a cool picture idea you thought of. Watch youtube videos on how to and take notes. And cut and paste your favorite images. When you sketchbook is getting full look at your first images to your current and feel good. I'm a student and this is the shit I do.
