Auckland

Auckland city is a baby city, it has everything but not a lot of it. As of now and maybe a few more years, it'll feel like a half-hearted Sydney or Vancouver. However north Island is real small, so getting to photogenic places from Auckland is easy :)

Otherwise, NZ is mostly national parks, reserves and farm land. One of the best hikes and drives locations in South Island by the alps. Which city do you plan to study in?

a few solid pics in here btw omi. but in most the composition feels just a bit off. most of the portrait oriented photos I just can't get around even though they are nice scenes (thats just me and my preference for landscape orientation tho). But a lot that are quite nice scenes like >>2953384 and >>2953392 feel like you've rushed the shot and not taken the time to think about the fore and background elements and how they interact, as well as the angle the shot was taken on. They're nice, but feel just a bit off to be great shots. Keep at it tho m8. Hope you get out for some decent hikes/ nature shots over the summer uni break
