Many of the rest lack interesting subject matter. For instance, 2 people getting ready to fish are far less interesting than 2 people actually fishing. An empty mountain bike ramp is much less interesting than one with an actual biker hitting it. Those bright, contrasty landscapes don't really have anywhere for the eye to rest, and the vertical ones in particular have little to no movement to them.
