I want to know what the limitations are when using Magic Lantern's RAW video mode with my 5D Mk. II.

What are the limitations of Aspect Ratio and Image Resolution?

The limitation is card write speed.

With a 95 MB/s or faster card, 5DII can write at ~70-80 MB/s max.

No. IIRC 5DII cannot do 1920x1080 raw video at all because the required speed is beyond the capabilities of its CF interface.
