Even if all these images technically flawless, they would still be uninspired.

It's obvious you're still starting. That's okay, don't get discouraged and keep shooting, but be mindful of what you're doing.

Not every picture has to tell a story (and if you try to force a story, like you did here >>2921888 for example, it will turn out badly).

To be honest, "street photography" has been done to death. I would recommend reading a few photo books and look at some other photographer's portfolios to train your eye and see how others compose and set up a scene in a picture.

Only when it's getting dark outside or shooting inside you turn the ISO

I would start at the very basic first: Understanding the exposure triangle.

I would recommend reading the book "Understanding Exposure" by Bryan Peterson (you can find a PDF online)

Also, set your Camera so that the ISO doesn't go over 1600. Those 10k+ ISOs are really horrible and you won't get a single good picture out of using them
