It's the best-worst film format in the history of photography. You can upskirt, but with aesthetic. IQ can vary depending on how you're digitizing/printing it but as long as you get the shot than you're good to go.

It made for tiny cameras that were dirt cheap. Quality didn't matter that much, these were used for the same kind of shit normies use smartphone cameras for now.
There were a ton of "toy" 110 cameras out there, too. They ranged from total toys that you'd buy out of a bin in a gift shop to cheap but serviceable P&S cameras. I think pretty much everybody my age (30) had one when they were a kid, and 90% of the time we'd run around pretending to take photos of things because our parents wouldn't pay for film.
Pic related, they literally sold this shit in toy stores, usually with some popular cartoon shit or whatever on it. I think I had one of these when I was little, although the one I really remember was a more "serious" looking Vivitar.
