To be fair to OP this is the sort of stuff complete beginners just won't know.
Your average Joe's default shooting angle is standing upright and centering whatever the subject is in the middle of the frame most of the time.
OP's probably just trying to find out if there's some specific height or angle which is the "ideal" for shooting this kind of subject.

You're fine - just fix the vertical lines in post-processing so they are all vertical, and not "tilty". You're close.
