"Fuzzy" effect is the result of low shutter speeds. Set up on a tripod, drop the ISO to 100 or whatever the lowest is, close down the aperture to 8-11ish, with Aperture Priority mode. You're aiming for a shutter speed of around 1/2sec to 3sec or so.

It seems like the focus of the image should either be the people sitting on the left or the mountains and cloud. Given that there's not enough of the former, maybe crop it so that it's only the mountains and clouds and you can't see the building at all.

That's how I would have cropped it, you can do whatever you want. If you want to show that much sky then do it, I wouldn't because the sky isn't very interesting and therefore there is too much of it.
You can look at both versions and think for yourself how the mood and the picture change, then you can decide which one you like better.
