Local selling a canon powershot sx40hs for $300 CDN OBO. I've never owned a camera, aside from phone cameras, but I thought it would be fun.
Do you think it's worth it? Condition is "new" and comes with a 32gb card.
What should I look for, if I do decide to take a look? Should I bargain lower, is it worth my money/time? It's not a huge investment personally, but I think a camera would be nice to have, would be mostly taking nature shots.
Any input is appreciated, thanks for your time.

it's junk.
peanut sensor.
just use your phone.
minimum to get is a 1" sensor.
Save your money until you can afford an interchangeable lens camera. Lenses are more important to this hobby than bodies.
Get a used pentax dslr instead.

You could get a relatively cheap DSLR off ebay or elsewhere. I'd recommend doing that instead man.
