Based on how sharp the objects are I would suggest that this is actually debris on the sensor, rather than the lens. Get a decent sensor cleaning kit from a local camera store and watch some Youtube videos on sensor cleaning.

I switched out the lens for another lens. The marks only appear on one lens. I'm fairly certain it's the lens.

It's not the lens.
Nothing on the lens can cause this.

You probably used a wider aperture on your other test.
Sensor dust is more visible at smaller apertures.
