My camera keeps giving me this, blinking red. It won't focus on shit. It doesn't do it on auto mode though. I looked online and of course I didint find anything

You can find it online. You should read it.
It would tell you that it means that it's dark as fuck in your bedroom and your photos are going to come out blurry. That's also why you can't focus.

It's super duper dark. See, your camera wants to shoot at 1/5th of a second. Thats ludicrous.
I assume the blinking red icon is warning you that if you press the shutter, your hands are going to make the pic shakey as fuck.
and AF sucks in low light as people have mentioned.

It's an indicator telling you your shaking hands will make the photo blurry at a low shutter speed (like 1/5th in your photo).
The autofocus is having a hard time because you're in low light and most low end AF systems work far better in good light
