What are some good pics to practice clone stamping and colour correction on?

Not too bad. If you zoom all the way in & know what to look for you could tell stuff had been cloned. Kind of above the girl's head you can tell that the line of the sand isn't followed.

Not bad. The line above her head is a little distracting, but otherwise looks good. Try selecting that kind of line with the lasso and using free transform to change the angle.
If you want some really challenging color correction try searching for "faded photograph" on google image search, and color correct some of those.
This image's color could be tweaked a tiny bit. It's a tiny bit warm, though flatteringly so. Add a bit of blue to the image and see how much better the sky looks.
