Guys the holiday season is here and I like taking pictures of Christmas lighting during this time but I can't keep my hands still during sub zero temperatures which causes my pictures to blur, other than wearing gloves people recommended me to increase the iso of my camera, I'm just wondering are there other options? Really appreciate if you can help

I know everyone wants to get a perfect shot in camera without having to do any post. However for the sake of your fingers and the people behind you. Just follow this guy's advice. You will take much better photographs when you are conformable.

OP here that's a random pic from the internet, my camera's Sony Cybershot DSC-H70, I just found out that the shutter speed for this camera's kinda slow 1/1,600 to 30 seconds

I shake regardless of the temperature so I use a monopod

simplest fix - bump up the iso and shutter speed. If you really want to do the longer exposures then just use a tripod. Monopods are great but eventually you're going to get some motion blur. Please consider investing in a good quality tripod. there are some times when you can kind of cut corners on gear and the cheaper version will work just as well; This is not one of them. Putting a $3,500 camera (or ANY camera) on a $25.00 tripod is begging for heartbreak.

yeah no. 1/250 will handle just about any normal person shake, 1/500 if you have parkinsons. Since you don't seem to know what you're doing, just stick it in shutter priority with auto iso (assuming it has that) at 1/125-1/250. Also learn to hold your camera: don't stick out your elbows, don't hold it at arm's length.
