I just keep loads of pdfs covering any skills and situations I need. When I need a skill I'll learn it through trial an error. Thats how I learned to stitch myself up as a kid

I'm focused on emergency medicine, suturing and the likes. I've been an EMT and studied wilderness medicine. I also have some background in gunsmithing, welding and mechanical repair. It's good to have one strong focus and diversify from there.
I also like pina coladas and getting caught in the rain.

i went to trade school to weld, i can sew, self taught auto mechanic with engine building experience, can cook and hunt, and do a bunch of other lil shit all pretty decent. Maybe its just a superiority complex but i feel like i would be fine post apocalypse assuming niggers dont shoot me in my sleep first. I dont even have a hoard or BOB or any of that prepperfag shit. I know how to grow crops, spin and knit fibre, I'm a pretty awesome shot despite not being a gun nut, have a pretty expansive foraging knowledge, including botanical medicine... I'd probably be useful in the first few years of reestablishment but end up back in obscurity once things stabilized.

I'm a pretty good storyteller so I'd probably be either a wandering bard providing entertainment, or a herald for some conquering warlord.

I've got a pretty broad range of practical skills, but I'm not a specialist or expert at anything. I think my most valuable skills are my learning skills. I self-teach pretty effectively and pick stuff up quickly when I've got the opportunity to learn from someone else.

I've also been told I have good leadership skills, which I guess is true but I haven't spent much time cultivating them because it's a role I'm a bit uncomfortable in.

I am a qualified master tailor. I can make any item of mens or womens clothing from underwear through to leather vests and Arctic cold weather stuff. I can sew nylon and make molle stuff as well. Get me a pattern, a decent sewing machine and canvas and I can sew a tent if you want.

I know everything there is to know about every battery chemistry that has ever existed. I would be able to set up solar/battery systems for power using any cells the group could scavenge and make them last as long as possible. I could also restore "dead" batteries to a useful capacity a few times.

A bit of mechanical. Firearm use. First-aid. Some blacksmithing. Woodworking. Gardening/farming. K9 SAR.

I think I would be pretty useful.

I am in the process of learning how to smelt steel from ore using natural materials, did it once and it failed because I used cement chimney blocks instead of clay and several other small reasons.
