Was down at the beach today scavenging, found a nice length of rope which I brought home.

It was raining and blowing a gale so I could not stay long.

reporting in. yesterday was fucking gorgeous. and i saw a killer whale about 200 yards off shore. first time i've ever seen one that close in. too far to get a picture with my phone, though, and i didn't have my camera. :(

Mfw i live in ks... oh well. We got a pretty spiffy old lake the state abandoned. 1 side even has rv hookups. I have highky considered buying or building a cabin in that 50 person community. If i had a boat in the watter and a car hid i could cut the commute to walmart from 45 min to 20 min if i drive to the lake and cross by boat.

Well. Booze and cocaine fueled stripper/hooker marathons are pretty nice. But yea i had fun. Some mexican family set up about 100 yardsfrom me so i had to hide to pee. I didn't want their daughter to see me pounding beers and peeing every 45 minutes. But they were nice.

Almost no one was actually swimming though. On friday the water was glass calm, just one wave break. I went snorkeling pretty far out. Saturday and sunday were rougher i surfed a little on sunday but the waves were fairly weak.

Because with summer come tropical storms, and it's stupid to be anywhere near the coast those days.
Plus in my country, I'd probably find myself in a crazy flood.
