Anyone familiar with the Doite Brand? Are their products of good quality?
I plan to buy a tent, a bagpack and a sleeping bag from them.
What are you planning to do? Car camping, hiking?

Hiking for a few days in the patagonian forest during winter
They made a couple of tents that were pretty decent for winter hiking. They are solid but on the heavy side for winter hiking in a forest in Patagonia. Can't remember the models names and their website is down at the moment. As for their packs and sleeping bags, they are heavy and expensive for what they are. Are you planning on renting on Patagonia or buying on arrival? Be a little bit more specific about the area are you planning to visit and I'll help you

I plan to buy in buenos aires (I live here), then go there by plane.
The terrain would be comprised of hiking trails surrounded by thick forests and lots of lakes with access to the shore. The climate is VERY humid (simmilar to the PNW, so rain is to be expected) and temperatures can drop to -10°C during the night. I don't know if there will be snow. Generally there isn't much in the lower folds of the mountains, but you never know.
Here's a google earth pic. Should give you a general idea of the landscape.
